How is Finortal priced?
Finortal is priced based on annual deduction volume, number of users, and the modules you need. We don't publish a standard rate card because the right configuration varies significantly by company size, retailer mix, and complexity. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation.
How long does implementation take?
Most mid-market customers are fully live within 3–5 weeks. The primary variables are ERP integration complexity and the completeness of historical deduction data for AI model training. We provide a dedicated implementation specialist for every new customer.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
No. Finortal integrates with your existing ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) and operates as a layer above it. Your ERP remains the system of record for financial postings; Finortal handles the deduction intelligence, workflow, and dispute management.
What retailers are supported?
Finortal is pre-configured for all major US retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, Albertsons, Amazon, and 30+ others. New retailer configurations can be added during or after implementation.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Finortal is SOC 2 Type II compliant. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each customer's data is fully isolated — multi-tenant architecture with strict row-level security. We do not train AI models on customer data without explicit consent.
